How can we help?
How Envoyg works, how to use it, the tools available, and what everything means.
Getting started
What is Envoyg?
Envoyg is your guided entrepreneurial journey — a coach that takes you from an idea to your first paying client in about 30 days. The name is short for “Entrepreneur’s Voyage.”
It’s built for solo service businesses: consulting, freelancing, agencies, coaching, AI automation, and local services.
The big idea: every day you get one clear thing to do next — and the coaching and accountability to actually do it. Success here means entrepreneurs created, not hours spent in the app. So we optimize for progress, not busywork.
Onboarding & your Business Blueprint
You start with a short, conversational interview with your coach (Pip) — not a long form. It figures out your skills, your situation, and where you are on the journey. If you don’t have an idea yet, it helps you converge on one.
From that, Envoyg generates your Business Blueprint: your niche, ideal customer, offer, pricing, positioning, and a 30-day path. You can regenerate or edit it later.
Then you land on your dashboard with your first mission ready. Nothing to configure — it’s all set up for you.
The dashboard (your home)
Your home screen — “Today” — is the heart of the app. It shows your journey stage, your momentum and streak, and today’s one mission (its title, why it matters, the time it takes, and the steps).
It is intentionally not a chat window and not a wall of tasks. One meaningful step a day.
The daily loop
Why one mission a day?
Starting a business is overwhelming when you’re staring at fifty things. Envoyg picks the single most important next action and gives you just that — so you always know what to do and can actually finish it.
Do today’s step, and tomorrow’s appears. Momentum comes from finishing small things consistently, not from planning big things endlessly.
The loop: complete → reflect → advance
Every day runs the same loop:
- Complete today’s mission (check off the steps, add a note).
- Reflect — a quick “how did it go?” (what happened, any blocker, your mood).
- Your momentum and streak update, and your journey advances.
- Tomorrow’s mission is generated from where you now are.
That’s the whole engine. Each screen — the coach, resources, your path — feeds this loop.
What if I skip a day or a mission?
Nothing bad. A missed day is met with warmth, never guilt. If you skip, the next mission usually comes back easier, or the coach helps you clear whatever blocked you.
If you need a real break, use Pause mode in Settings (1–14 days) — your streak is frozen and resumes where it left off.
The journey (Levels 1–5)
The five levels
Your climb has five levels, in order:
- Level 1 — Find Your Business: converge on one idea worth pursuing.
- Level 2 — Create Your Offer: turn the idea into something a customer can buy.
- Level 3 — Build Your Brand: a simple credibility page so prospects trust you.
- Level 4 — Get Found: start real conversations and book a meeting.
- Level 5 — Get First Customers: run the call, send a proposal, and close.
You move up automatically as you complete missions — you never set your level by hand.
Get Found, step by step (Level 4)
Getting your first conversations is where most people stall, so Envoyg breaks it into real steps:
- Build your prospect list — warm contacts and people who could refer you, plus some cold prospects.
- Ask your network for warm intros & referrals — the fastest path to a first client comes first.
- Reach out — by message or a quick phone call.
- Check your replies & continue outreach — keep every channel moving; sharpen your message only if a real batch stays quiet.
- Turn a reply into a booked meeting.
- Prep for and run your discovery call — real face-time.
Outreach never dead-ends. If a lead goes cold or a deal falls through, you loop back to outreach and keep going — the journey only completes when you win your first client.
How is my next mission chosen?
Your next mission is decided by rules, not guesswork — based on exactly where you are and what you report. On the outreach-and-closing steps, you tell the app what actually happened (“I got a reply,” “meeting booked,” “they said yes,” or honestly “didn’t get to it”), and that answer picks the right next step.
The AI never decides which mission comes next — it only personalizes the wording, steps, and examples. Your real outcomes drive the path.
Your Path & Progress
Your Path
“Your Path” shows every level and every mission in it, marked done, in progress, upcoming, or “skipped ahead” (a step you leapfrogged — for example, you got a reply so you never needed to improve your message).
It’s a read-only map of the whole climb, so you always see what’s behind you and what’s next.
Progress, the Trail & milestones
The Progress screen is your trail map: how far you are to your first client, your business scorecard (idea, offer, branding, validation, sales), your momentum this week, and the milestone flags you’ve planted.
Milestones celebrate real progress — first outreach, first reply, meeting booked, meeting held, first proposal, and the biggest one: your first paying client.
The Coach
How to use the coach
Your coach already knows your business, your offer, where you are, and how you’re feeling — so you don’t have to re-explain. Ask it anything: what to do next, how to handle a blocker, how to word an outreach message, how to price.
It keeps answers tight and practical, and it’s built to move you forward — not to chat endlessly.
Sessions & history
Start a New session for a fresh topic; reopen and continue any past session from the sidebar. You can search across all your past conversations from the coach history page.
Are there limits on the coach?
Coaching is free. To keep it sustainable there can be a gentle daily message cap (and a monthly ceiling). If you reach it, the coach pauses with a friendly note and comes back the next day — your missions and playbooks keep working in the meantime.
Resources & Tools
Playbooks & templates
Playbooks are practical guides for each level — outreach, pricing, discovery calls, follow-up, and more — the same source of truth your coach uses. Higher-level playbooks unlock as you climb.
Templates (like outreach messages and proposals) auto-fill from your offer, so you can copy, tweak, and send.
Tools & Services (and the trust wall)
The Tools & Services directory suggests tools when you actually need them (domains, a website, a CRM, payment, UGC/video, ad platforms, and more), unlocked by your progress.
Our promise: every paid tool is shown next to a free or do-it-yourself alternative, and we rank by what fits you. You never have to spend to move forward.
For your first client, warm outreach and referrals are almost always faster and cheaper than paid ads — so those come first.
Account & settings
Profile & coaching tone
In Settings you can update your profile and business details, and set your coaching tone (encouraging, direct, or gentle) — the coach and your missions adapt to it.
Pause, data & privacy
Need a break? Pause mode (1–14 days) freezes your streak and suspends missions until you’re back.
You own your data: export it as JSON, or delete your account and data, any time from Settings. You can also restart your journey with a fresh state.
